Vacuuming should not be a physical exercise. When vacuuming a room take your time and let the vacuum do the work. Slow and steady vacuuming with ensure the removal of all dirt and grim. Go over each section of the quadrant multiple times. Spend extra time on the areas where people sit or frequently walk.
