  • All of the hard surface products we carry are made by U.S. companies and have been tested in accordance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and meet CARB Phase 2 standards.
  • Based on results observed by independent Third Party Certifiers, all of the engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl, and laminate flooring products carried by National Floors Direct are Phase 2 compliant as defined by CARB’s ATCM 93120 and, therefore, compliant with the law.
